W Concept Influencer Platform은 귀사와 해외 인플루언서 간의 안정적인 협업을 지원해드리며, 협업에 이루어지는 전반적인 업무를 대행하는 플랫폼입니다.
저희 플랫폼은 귀사와 해외에서 활동하는 다양한 인플루언서들을 연결해드리며, 제품 증정을 통해 인플루언서의 계정에 귀사의 제품이 업로드되고 귀사의 SNS 채널에서도 콘텐츠를 활용하실 수 있도록 도움을 드립니다. 이 모든 과정에서 귀사는 협찬 제품 및 배송비만 부담하시면 되기 때문에 해외 마케팅에 투자되는 귀사의 비용적 부담도 덜어드릴 수 있는 장점이 있습니다.
또한 저희 플랫폼에서는 귀사가 협업할 인플루언서를 직접 확인하고 선정하실 수 있으며. 효율적인 협업 현황 파악을 가능하게 합니다. 이를 통해 귀사는 해외 마케팅을 효과적으로 수행하며, 양질의 콘텐트를 통한 브랜드 인지도 상승 및 매출 증대를 기대하실 수 있습니다.
저희 플랫폼을 통해 귀사의 해외 인지도를 확장하고, 해외 시장에서 성장하는 기반을 마련해 보시길 바랍니다.
2 Process:
W Concept Influencer Platform에 등록을 희망하신다면, 아래 링크를 통해 등록 희망서 양식을 작성하여 제출해주십시오. 등록 양식을 제출하신 후 1주일 이내에 승인 여부를 전달드리겠습니다. 승인이 완료된 후에는 자유롭게 플랫폼을 이용하시면 됩니다.
플랫폼 이용 방식은 다음과 같은 5단계로 진행됩니다:
1. 플랫폼 가입 (등록 희망서 바로가기)
2. 제품 등록 (제품 등록 바로가기)
3. 오더 확인 및 승인
4. 제품 발송 및 배송 정보 업데이트
5. 인플루언서 게시물 확인
플랫폼 등록 승인이 완료되면, 가장 먼저 협찬을 원하는 제품을 등록해주십시오. 제품 등록이 완료된 이후, 제품 협찬은 다음과 같이 두 가지 방식으로 이루어집니다.
첫 번째 방식은 인플루언서가 협찬을 신청하는 경우입니다. 인플루언서가 원하는 귀사의 제품을 신청하면, Dashboard에서 새로운 오더 현황을 확인하신 후 마음에 드는 인플루언서의 오더를 승인하고 협찬을 진행하시면 됩니다. 협찬 진행이 지연되지 않도록 오더 현황을 정기적으로 확인해주시기 바랍니다.
두 번째 방식은 귀사가 원하는 인플루언서에게 협찬을 제안하는 경우입니다. 인플루언서 페이지를 살펴보신 후, 협찬을 원하시는 인플루언서가 있다면 Propose 기능을 통하여 해당 인플루언서와와 협찬을 진행하실 수 있습니다.
협찬이 확정되면, 1주 이내에 해당 인플루언서의 주소로 제품을 발송해주시고, Tracking number란에 송장번호를 꼭 입력해주십시오. 송장번호 미기재시 제품 분실이나 관세 등의 문제를 사전에 방지하기 어렵습니다.
인플루언서가 제품을 수령 후 2주 이내에 게시물을 업로드할 예정이며, 업로드가 완료된 게시물의 링크는 Dashboard에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.
